  1. Jeera (Cumin Seeds):-

Jeera ek aisa masala hai jo pet ke digestion system ko badakar aapke sharer ki neend ko bhi theek karta hai. Traditional ayurvedic treatment mein neend ko badhane ke liye isse kaafi faydemand mana jata hai. Jeere ke tel ko bhi kaafi faydemand mana jata hai.

1 kele ko mash karke usmein 1 spoon jeere ka powder add kar le. Roj raat ko sone se pehle iska sevan kare. Jeere ka powder banaane ke liye use sukhakar roast kar le aur fir peeskar uska powder bana le.

Thakaan aur Ashanti se ladne ke liye aap jeere ki chai bhi pi sakte hai. Aksar iske sevan se anidra aur thakaan pal bhar mein door ho jaati hai. Chai banaane ke liye ek spoon jeere ko 5 seconds tak low flame par sek le, ab ismein 1 cup paani milaakar boil karle. Isse tab tak boil jab tak ke paani mein jeere ka khoob rang nazar aane lage. Ab isse thanda hone de aur phir chaan le. Aapki jeere ki chai taiyaar hai. Iska sevan aap roj raat ko sone se pehle kar sakte hai. (note:- yeh garam hoti hai garmiyon mein dhyaan se istemaal kare).

  1. Jaiphal (Nutmeg):-

Jaiphal mein majood gunn natural sleeping growth ko increase karte hai.

1/4th chamach jaiphal ke powder ko garam doodh mein ghol le aur sone se pehle isko pi le.

Aap chahe to isko garam doodh ki jagah garam paani mein milakar bhi pi sakte hai.

1 chutki jaiphal powder ko amla ke saath ya amla powder mein milakar din mein 3 baar khaye is se anidra ke saath saath badhajmi aur depression ka bhi ilaaj ho jayega.

  1. Kesar:-

Kesar mann ko shant karne wala ek bahut hi badiya prodtc hai jo neend lane mein bhi kaafi faydemand hai.

Kesar ki 2 layers ko garam doodh mein milakar peene se bhi need aane mein help milti hai

  1. Chamomile Tea:-

Ancient time se hi chamomile tea ko neend lane wali aushadi ke roop mein istemaal kiya jata raha hai. Halanki iska asli reason to abhi tak kafi research mein bhi iska result nahi aa paya hai fir bhi ismein majood chemical Apigeinin ke kaaran yeh neend lane mein help karta hai.

Neend lane ke liye aur relax hone ke liye roj sone se pehla iska 1 cup tea peene se neend aane mein kafi help milti hai. Aap chahe to iska taste badhane ke liye ismein daalchini aur honey bhi daal sakte hai.

  1. Kela- Banana:-

Kele ke khaane se bhi neend aane mein kaafi madad milti hai kyon ismein available chemical Niyacin Amino Acid jo serotonin ke level ko increase karke sleep pattern ko control karta hai. Kela aapke mood ko theek karne mein bhi kaafi help karta hai.

  1. Garam Doodh:-

Dimaag aur sharer ko araam den eke liye garam doodh kaafi faydeman gharelu nuskha mana jata hai. Kele ki tarah hi ismein bhi Niyacin Amino Acid hota hai jo neend ko badava deta hai.

1 glass doodh mein halka sa daalchini powder milakar sone se 1 ghanta pehle le kaafi araam milega.

  1. Methi ka Juice:-

Methi ka juice stress, sleeping disorder aur chakkar aane ki problem ko door karta hai.

Methi ki taja keaves ko peeskar iska juice ready kar le.

Roj 2 spoon methi juice mein 1 spoon honey milakar le kuch din mein result aapko dikh jaayega.

  1. Valerian:-

Valerian ek ayurvedic herb hai jo muscles ko araam deti hai aur is relaxation se paida karke deep sleep ko badava deti hai.

1-1 ½  spoon valerian aur jaiphal ko 2 cup garam paani mein milaye. 15 minutes tak isko aise hi rakha rehne de aur phir paani ko chhankar sevan kar le. Is treatment ko 2 weeks se jyada na kare kyonki aisa karne se aapko heart related problems start ho sakti hai.

Aap chahe to Valerian tea bhi le sakte hai. Aap chahe to iske half spoon juice ko paani ke saath bhi pi sakte hai. Aisa aap maximum din mein 3 baar kar sakte hai.

  1. Hot Bath:-

Sone se pehle ya 6-7 shaam mein hot bath lene se bhi neend acchi aati hai. Yeh sharer ko araam deta hai aur sharer ki naso ko shaant karta hai.

Is hot bath ko aur effective banaane ke liye aap ismein kuch drops soothing essential oils jaise ke baam ras, lavender oil etc. daal sakte hai.

  1. Apple Cider vinegar aur Honey:-

Apple cider vinegar mein amino acid hoti hai jo thakaan aur anidra ko door karta hai. Iske saath hi yeh sharer mein majood fatty acids ko todkar niyasin yani ke tryptophan mein badal deta hai jo insomnia yani ke anidra ko door karne mein kaafi helpful hota ai. Serotonin ek brain chemical hota hai jo neend ke chakra yani ke sleep cycle ko control karta hai.

Serotoning ka level kam hone par neend baar baar break hoti hai theek se neend nahi aati hai. Wahi dosori aur serotonin ka level jyada hone par jyada neend aati hai. Isliye apni zaroroat ke anussar treatment ko apnaakar serotonin level ko beech mein rakh sakte hai.

2-2 spoon organic apple cider vinegar aur honey ko 1 glass garam pani mein milaye. Isse sone se pehle piye ya phir 2 sppon aaple cider vinegar ko 1 cup honey mein milakar tonic bhi banai ja sakti hai. Is tonic ka 1 spoon daily khana chahiye.
