Aaj ke time mein bhi aisi kai magical herbs aur jadi bootiya hamare aaspaas ya kitchen mein asaani se mil jaayengi jo dimaag ko tej karne ke satah saath memory ko bhi strong banana mein hamari help rakhti hai.

Shankh Pushpi- Convolvulus:-

Dimaag ki taqat ko increase karne ke saath saath yeh jadi buti dimaag mein blood ka circulation sahi karne mein bahut kaam aati hai. Daalchini- Cinnamon:-

Ajwain- Carom Seed:-

Khaane ko hajam karne mein ajwain ka istemaal sabse jyada hota hai. Ajwain stomach problem mein bhi kaafi effective hoti hai, lekin ajwain dimaag tej karne mein bhi kaafi effective hoti hai. Scientists or researchers ke anusaar iski leaves mein majood anti-oxidant dimaag ke liye ek aushadi ki tarah hi kaam karta hai.

Tulsi- Basil:-

Tulsi ke faaydo ke bare mein kaun bhartiya aisa hoga jo nahi janata hoga. Iske aaj ek aur fayda bhi jaan le key eh dimaag ke liye bhi kaafi effective hoti hai. Tulsi waise to kai prakaar ki bimariyo ke ilaaj ke liye helpful hoti hai lekin yeh dimaag ko tej karne ke liye bhi bahut jaani maani aushadi hai.

Brahmi- Ruta Graveolens:-

Brahmi naam ki jadi buti ko dimaag ke liye sabse uttam tonic mana gaya hai. Yeh dimaag ko shaanti aur clearity pradaan karta hai aur yaad dasht ko majboot karne mein bhi kaafi help karta hai. Main khud kaafi saalon brahmi amla hair oil istemaal kar raha hoon.

Kaali Mirch- Black Pepper:-

Kaali mirch sadharan si dikhne wali hoti hai par iske faayde bahut gajab ke hote hai. aapko kali mirch adhik se adhik istemaal karni chahiye. Chahe khaane mein ho ya pani ke saath sabhut chabane se ho. Ismein paya jaane wala peprin naam ka chemical shareer aur dimaag ki koshikai yan ike tissues ko araam deta hai.

Depression ko door karne ke liye bhi yeh chemical kisi jadu se kam nahi hai. Isliye dimaag ko healthy banaye rakhne ke liye black pepper ka istemaal karna chahiye.

Kesar:-

Kesar doodh mein ya phir other eating foods mein iski chutki se bhi kam quantitiy ke istemaal karne se sleeping disorder aur depression jaisi bimariyo se kisi ko bhi asaani se chutkara mil jataa hai. Aur  kisi bhi dimagi problem mein yeh kaafi relief bhi deti hai aur dheere dheere kharam bhi kar sakti hai.

Haldi- Turmeric:-

Iske sevan se haamre shareer aur dimaag ko energy milti hai. isko jyada quantity mein mat le.,Isko thodi quantitiy mein shareer ke liye kaafi hai. Isko khaane se Alzheimer ya bhulne bhi bimari nahi hoti hai.
