Saunf:

Ghar ka bana khaana khaaye:

Kadi Patta/ Curry Leaves:

Din mein ek baar 5-7 curry leaves ko paani mein boil karke uska paani peena chahiye, yeh wajan control karne ke satah saath aapke shareer ke immune system ko bhi behtar banaye rakhta hai.

Phal aur Sabjiyan/ Fruits and Vegetables:

Apne regular diet mein fruits and vegetables mein tomato, carrot ka zaroor add kare, aur fruits mein oranges, anaar aur amrood ko zaroor shaamil kare. Dopahar mein sirf salad aur fruits hi le. Aur 2-3 mahine mein aapka shareer fir se 18-20 saal jitna jawaan mahsoos karne lagoge.

Physical Activies/ Sharirik Vyayam:

Walk karna, running karna, koi game kehlna inko apne regular habit mein add karo, sirf khaana peena hi badiya nahi hona chahiye, shareer ko thoda takleef bhi de taaki who fir se purani tone mein aa jaaye, aap sports ke saath saath apn isehat ko bhi enjoy karne lagoge, exercise karna ya sports khelne se aapka mental stress bh ireduce hota hai aur khatam bhi hota hai.
