  4. Thande gulab jal ko cotton mein dalkaar aankhon mein din mein 2-4 baar lagane se aankhon ki garmi khatam hoti hai aur kaafi thandak milti hai.
  5. Tulsi ke patto (leaves) ka ras ki 2-2 boonde (drops) 15-20 din aankhon mein daalne se ratondhi ke rog mein labh milta hai aur aankhon ke peelpan bhi khatam hota hai.
  6. Kele (banana) khaaye, ganne ka ras peeye( drink sugarcane juice) aur ho sake to rojana ek glass nimbu jaroor piye, is se aankhon theek rehti hai air anakhon ki roshn ibani rehti hai aur sehat bhi ekdum durust rehti hai.
  7. Subah uthkar bina kulla (gargle) kiye apne muh ki laar (salaiva) apni aankhon mein kajal ki tarah lagaye, yeh karya 6 mahine tak kare, is se chashme kanumber kam hoga ya utar bhi sakta hai.

    1. eat more onion, do eye exercise..left right, up down, cross watching atleast set of 20-20 each once or twice a day…

      subah 5-6 baje uthkar nahakar surya dev ko jal chadana hai glass se aur suraj ki taraf nahi dekhna jo jal chadaoge us glass ke top point par jo roshni padegi usko dekhna hai, yeh 4-6 mahine karo, result thode din mein dikhne lagega.
