  1. Kewal apne liye khaaye: pregnancy mein jyadatar dost relatives yahi kehte hai ke ke ab to khoob jyada khaana khana padega, bache ko bhi diet chahiye. Par dosto aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. Avoid Junk food/ junk food se bache: pregnency ke waqt kuch ladies k jyada hi khata, chatpata, mirch masale wale khaane ke shaunk utth jata hai par unki aur bache ki bhalai isi mein hai ke tarah ke swad se bache. Kyonki junk food hume swad to de sakta hai par aur kuch nahi jis se ke sehat bane, isliye junk food jitna avoid karoge badiya hai. Junk food ka insaan ki growth mein koi role nahi hota who sirf swad ke liye hi hota hai.
  4. Fiber, calcium, iron ko khaane mein shamil kare: pregnant lady ke khaane mein fiber, calcium and iron ka hona bahut hi jaroori hai, isliye jitna ho sake in 3 cheej owale khaane ko apni diet mein jitna ho sake jyada se jyada use kare. Spinach, meat and kuch aur vegetables mein yeh sab bahut paye jaate hau, unhe wisely choose kare aur diet mein add kare. Milk ka us se bande products jaise dahi aur paneer ka istemaal kare calcium ke liye badiya hai.
  5. Vitamin C: Vitamin V ka pregnenet ladies ki diet mein bahut hi important role hai. Ismein aap tomoato, papita aur strawberries kha sakte hai.
  6. Folic acid: yeh acid humein green leafy vegetables aur daalo mein milta hai, jitna jaldi yeh sab apn idiet mein add kar loge utnahi aap dono ke liye badiya hai.
  7. Doctor ke sampark mein rehna: Jitna ho sake apne doctor ke contact mein rahe aur har problem ya kuch bhi mann mein hai unse share kare aur unse kuch na kuch sujhaav lete rahe tahi pregnency ke time aur delivery ke time aapko ya bachche k okoi problem na ho kyonki yahi time life ke sabse important time hota hai.
