10 Minutes Mein Kare Stress Aur Tanav Ko Door In 15 Nuskho Se

Mann dukhi hone par youtube par aap funny videos bhi dekh sakte hai. Is tarah ke videos aapke mood ko theek karne mein kaafi help karte hai aur aapke self confidence ko badhane mein bhi kaam aate hai. Funny videos ya motivational video hamare shareer mein ek current sa paida kar dete hai jis se hum apne immune system aur heart beat ko bhi improve kar sakti hai. 

  1. Chocolate ki Mithaas:-

Tension door karne ka yeh bhi ek bahut hi effective tarika hai. Agli baar jab bhi aap dukhi ho to ho sake to apne ghar, dukan ka office cabin ki safai start kar de, is se safai bhi ho jaayegi. Aur aapka stress bhi khatam ho jata hai aur jo aapki physical workout hogi wo alag hai.

Aata hai to theek nahi to kahi se seekh bhi sakte hai. Aur instrument, band baja aapke dimaag ke stress wale portion ki band bajake rakh denge aur aapki life ko khushiyo se bhar denge. Yeh mood sudhare aur chehre pe muskaan lane ka ek bahut badiya source hai. 

  • Book Reading/ Kitaab Padhe:-

Aapke dimag ko araam aur shanti dene ke liye aapko kittabe padne ki habit dalni chaiye. Kitaabe kisi bhi insaan ka sacha dost ban ne ko hamesha ready rehti hai, bas chose aapko karna hai ke aapko acha dost chahiye ke bura. Kitaabein aapko kabhi bhi khaali haath nahi jaane deti hai, yeh aapko kuch na kuch information jaroor deti hai.

Books se aap har waqt kuch a kuch naya sikh sakte hai aur yeh aapki life bhi change kar sakti hai. Apne mood ko halka karne ke liye aap comics bhi pad sakte hai. Yeh aapko khush rakhne mein kaafi help karti hai jis se aap stress free reh sakte hai.
